Step 1: Setting up the area and getting supplies

Make sure to gather all required supplies for this.  Start with a flat area at least 32 blocks by 32 blocks.

Step 2: Building the Outer Wall

Build a 5-block high wall of scaffolding around the outer perimeter of your 32×32 block area.  Build another wall 3 blocks in as well, then cover all the scaffolding in construction foam.  Build the framework for the walkways at the top of the wall, cover the floor scaffolding with construction foam then knock out the supporting scaffolding.  Go to each wall and make a door 1 block from each end, as well as a two-wide door where you want the front to go. Minecraft Military Base Mod  Lay carpenter’s barrier on the top of the inner and outer layers of the wall, and lay razor wire on top of that, leaving the corners open for guard towers.  Make sure to cover the carpenter’s wall with reinforced stone and right click on each block of it 3 times with the carpenter’s hammer.  To make it easier, do this on one block, then place others next to it, they will use the style of the one you just placed.

If you have to refill the CF Backpack mid-construction, do so.  Might want to have a snack now as well.

Step 3: The floor

Dig out the floor inside the walls of your base.  Place any scaffolding collected from the wall(the construction foam will replace the scaffolding on the walls, making them drop as items).  Then cover it in construction foam, refilling the CF Backpack as necessary.  Leave a 10×10 area open.  Place 36 reinforced stone in the center, leaving a 2-block wide ring around it.  You can get this reinforced stone by making a 6×6 square of leftover scaffolding and spraying construction foam on it, then mining it when it is dry; do note it will be as hard as obsidian to remove by pickaxe.  Fill in a 2-block wide ring around it with carpenter’s blocks.  Cover those with more reinforced stone(right-click on carpenter’s block with reinforced stone), and then top it off with a grass overlay(right-click on the covered carpenter’s block with a grass block).  Leave the other reinforced stone blocks untouched
